Air textured yarn Cotton-like by 2x1 :
Arratex offers a 2x1 twisting machine which performs according to Section A (Read Knowledge) .Arratex confirms its know-how to twist safely, without yarn breaking, with cylindrical bobbins of air textured yarn as delivery bobbin.Laboratory examinations confirmed that Arratex sewing thread made by air textured yarn maintains the original physical characteristics of the yarn.
Embroidery by cabling :
Arratex offers a cabling machine which performs according to Section B (Read Knowledge). Laboratory examinations confirmed that Arratex embroidery yarn maintains the original physical characteristics of the yarn. The picture of the laboratory embroidered fabric sample (top image) shows that Arratex cabling technology provides a quality level comparable with the best traditional embroidery processes. The cost of the plant is much cheaper than the traditional one while the running costs are reasonable.
Embroidery and Sewing Threads with Twisting Three & More Ends by 2x1 :
Arratex offers a two step process with 2x1 machines performing according to Section C (see Knowledge)

Laboratory examinations confirmed that Arratex embroidery and sewifig thread maintains the original physical characteristics of the yarn.
Knowledge :
Embroidery yarns and sewing threads must maintain the original physical characteristics of the yarn. For every kind of embroidery yarn and sewing thread produced, the take up package must be ready for direct dyeing.
Arratex offers three main kinds of machine producing threads according to the following processes:
Section A :
"2x1 twisting" for single end air textured yarn useful for sewing buttonholes: it requires a special know-how for a safe 2x1 operation without yarn breaking.
Section B:
"Cabling" for embroidery yarn: it requires a specific tensioning yarn device for delivered yarn in order to guarantee a correct balance and even length of the two ends involved.
Section C:
"2x1 twisting" for two and more ends: it requires a specific accessory for individual twisted yarns in order to guarantee correct balance and even length when they are doubled and wound on take up bobbin during the first twist.

ONE STEP PROCESS
(3,0kg Knotless Final Bobbin) :
Model AR388L Cabling cops type provides a perfect quality of embroidery yarn. The model can also produce trimmings and devore yarns. Among technical yarns, the cabling machine can be used for covering Kevlar, glass fibre and steel wire.The take up bobbin has a bi-conical cylindrical shape and can be adapted for a flanged bobbin.
ONE STEP PROCESS
(10,0kg Knotless Final Bobbin) :
Model AR388L Cabling cheese type has a wider spindle designed for thick yarns.On request, the model can be supplied with a take up bobbin carrying yarn up to 10kg net weight.
TWO STEP PROCESS
(1,2kg Knotless Final Bobbin) :
Plant producing two plies embroidery yarn with two machines model AR369 "E&S" double deck for the first twist (right side of the picture) and two machines model AR3G9L "E&S" for the second twist (left side of the picture}. The standard final bobbin has a biconical shape holding a net weight of 1,2kg knotless embroidery yarn.
